Le Rosé

    • Tasting notes

      Beautiful dress light pale pink, bright and crystalline. The nose is very expressive and fine, notes of white fruits like peach or citrus fruits like grapefruit, and pretty notes of violets. La Ferme des Lices Rosé also has a fine balance
      In the mouth: Ample, with a touch of freshness and floral citrus that makes it a pleasant wine.

      A beautiful schist soil richly endowed with draining qualities.

      40 hl/ha.

      5000 bottles

    • Harvesting

      grapes are put down in small crates to prevent crushing. Manual harvesting.

    • Soil

      The grapes are quickly transferred from the vine to the winery where they undergo a short maceration and a light pressing to enable a limited extraction of colour and to maintain a crystal-clear hue.
      The juice is fermented at low temperature for a fortnight, and a few successive rackings help to get rid of the particles in suspension that have settled at the bottom of the tank.
      The bottling occurs in Spring, just after a single filtration in order to keep the aroma intensity.
