The nose is very expressive. We find notes of red fruits such as wild strawberries. A vintage in the image of the Ferme des Lices with a freshness counterbalanced by a gourmet roundness.

Grapes are put down in small crates to prevent crushing. Manual harvesting.

The fermentation is done at low temperatures for about fifteen days, then some racking can separate gently the particles by natural sedimentation. The bottling is done in spring with a filtration just before to protect the intensity of the aromas.
As an aperitif, with stuffed vegetables or a fish carpaccio.
